I'm the lead designer within the business, working in the marketing department coming up with design solutions to drive traffic into the business whilst also supporting the wider business with various other creative tasks.

My day to day responsibilities include being in charge of all creative output,  a brand guardian ensuring the brand, ethos and messaging are kept consistent. I'm responsible for coming up with digital assets and content (including campaigns, web, social and video content), supporting with marketing activity, supporting the commercial and guest facing teams, posters, packaging, signage around the zoo site (creating, co-ordinating and reviewing), working with and maintaining excellent relationships with external printers and manage any support of an external creative 
agency when needed.

Graphic Designer

Originally as a Junior Designer, I progressed into a higher Graphic Design role holding more responsibility as time progressed including my final few months, where I had been managing and organising the small design team day-to-day.

My main duties have involved keeping the brand up to date, creating new assets across many platforms and mediums across the business using the Adobe Creative Suite to design email templates, social media assets, downloadable tools, printed assets, working on seasonal and promotional campaigns, editing and designing CMS landing pages for the website. Also, I have built retail, user and customer focused HTML emails regularly which are sent to a large user base.

Graphic Design Intern

During a 2 month paid design internship, I had taken on a numerous amount of projects where i have learnt the intensity and the values of working with various clients, having to work to tight deadlines and working on an array of different briefs. I learnt the value of teamwork by working alongside talented designers, art workers and account handlers to develop work whilst reporting progress and working directly with a creative director.

Food & Beverage Assistant
The Belfry Hotel & Resort - May 2010 to February 2015
During my time here I have worked across various food & beverage departments in the resort but my main employment is within the Ryder Grill where I predominately worked as a barman and waiter. This is a job in which involves a very high standard of customer service with professional interaction with guests.
